The role? 

EnerMech have an urgent requirement for a Facilities Lead to join the business in Aberdeen ASAP. This will be a temporary role with a view to turning permanent for the right person.

Over all you will be a reliable Handyman, able to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of company premises. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. You will be tasked with the developing and planning of work schedules for both maintenance and repairs tasks and ensuring maintenance and repairs requirements are met within time & budget constraints. Duties of the role will include;  responsible for inputting into the review and development of department systems, process and procedures, liaising with third party sub-contractors on all EnerMech work relating to the base facilities and to be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation and records for all facilities certification.

Day to day maintenance duties may include; light repairs, paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, etc), undertake light installation or light joinery (e.g. build cabinets) or repairing and maintaining heating systems, bleeding radiators and flushing systems.

You are? 

To be successful for the position you will be 'hands on' and have strong technical knowledge of maintenance. It is essential you hold general computer skills including Word, Excel & Outlook. You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in performing varied assignments requiring a thorough working and theoretical knowledge of the discipline and be able to understand and interpret relevant standards, and perform most tasks with minimal supervision.
