Our client based in Inverness has a new and unique opportunity to join a well established team. Working as Trainee IT Suppport you will play a key role in our clients digital transformation journey, ensuring the efficiency of their systems, managing user demands, and continually enhancing customer satisfaction. 

Whilst in this role you will be responsible for but not limited to;

·Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
·Deploy, develop, and maintain Office 365 applications.
·Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance upgrades.
·Communicate with clients and computer users to identify and resolve issues.
·Provide technical support by investigating, diagnosing, and resolving software and hardware faults.
·Repair equipment and replace faulty parts as necessary.
·Participate in infrastructure planning and installation.
·Plan, install, and maintain CCTV systems.
·Travel and stay overnight occasionally as required.

To be successful for this role, ideal skills and experience will include, 

·Knowledge of business systems, Office 365, and network infrastructure.
·Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
·Ability to work effectively under pressure.
·Detail-oriented and methodical approach to tasks.
·Must have strong literacy skills with the ability to present information clearly.
·Full UK driving license.
·Positive attitude towards new challenges and change.

This role will be ideal for a recent IT graduate or someone who is keen and willing to develop their IT skills.
