£60,000 - £70,000/annum Annual Salary + Car Allowance + OTE

Your new company
You will work for a tier 1 main contractor with several major iconic construction projects on the horizon.
Your new role
* To manage and mitigate cost and risk of projects, to enhance value for money, while still achieving the required legal standards and quality under the specific agreed contract conditions.
* To ensure the financial position of projects are accurately assessed, reported, and controlled.
* To work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess the financial viability of projects.
* To assist the Operations Manager in achieving commercial results for the business unit
What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, or qualified by experience.
  • Experience on 2 stage design/build projects over £30m
  • A proven track record
