Freelance Site Manager

First Task are delighted to be working with a busy regional building contractor to recruit for a Site Manager to undertake a 6 month contract in Livingston starting by 24th June - 1st July.
The project is valued ~£1m and involves the extension of an existing building with a steel frame structure and a high spec internal fit out and phase 2 will involve internal refurbishment of the existing building.
The desired candidate should have sound working knowledge of the building process from groundworks up and be comfortable with complex M&E packages.
You will be the on site lead and report to a visiting Contracts Manager, liaiaisng with the client directly on a regular basis.
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid are all required.
7:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
