Job Description:

Major Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Telehandler Operator for one of our main clients in Stanley, Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company specializing in new build housing. The successful candidate will start this Monday, with a competitive pay rate ranging from £18 to £22 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate the telehandler on a busy construction site
• Assist with the movement and placement of materials as required
• Work closely with site management and other trades to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the telehandler

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS certification for telehandler operation
• Previous experience operating a telehandler on construction sites, preferably within the new build housing sector
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic
