Your new role

Your new role will consist of overseeing the construction teams on site. Working alongside another Site Manager to:

• Oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the Construction teams at the job site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the client's specifications
• Coordinate and supervise the teams working on the project, managing schedules and ensuring seamless collaboration
• Monitor inventory and materials, placing orders as needed to prevent delays and maintain productivity.
• Weekly site meetings to update the Project Managers/Clients/Stakeholders on work progress.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and document progress to ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations

What you'll need to succeed

Tosucceed in this role, you will need:

• Experience with Refurbishment, Refits and Extensions would be a huge plus.
• SMSTS
• CSCS (black card preferably)
• First Aid
• Presentable and clear communicator.
