Our client, a large student accommodation based in Edinburgh, is seeking a temporary Part time Reception / Customer Service person to support their team during a busy period. The role will be working weekends, either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday.
If you are looking for weekend work and you are flexible, this is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team to provide exceptional service to students.
Reception / Customer Service Job Description
- Greet and assist students upon arrival
- Check-in new customers
- Receive and store parcels
- Deliver parcels to designated rooms
- Organise and distribute key fobs
- Conduct building walkthroughs
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed
We are seeking a Reception / Customer Service person with a proven track record in customer service from industries such as hotels, student accommodation, or retail. The ideal candidate is available for an immediate start and can work different shifts.
