FinTech RS are recruiting for a Finance Assistant for our client based near Inverurie, Aberdeenshire. This is a permanent, full time position working fully in-office, with flexible start & finish times.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business in a fast-paced and varied role, with potential for development.
Main duties include:
- Supporting Finance Manager with day-to-day transactional finance duties
- Processing both Purchase and Sales Invoices, and company expenses
- Assisting with Credit Control
- Input data into relevant spreadsheets and accounting software
- Supporting with wider administrative tasks and other business functions where required
Suitable candidates should have the following:
- Previous experience in a busy Finance department
- Experience utilising Accounting software (Quickbooks, Sage, etc) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work on own initiative
- An enthusiastic and proactive approach, with strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail
